Bonnie Hunter Seminar - GSQA March 13, 2010

Bonnie Hunter gave an incredible presentation to our regional guild, GSQA on Friday March 13, 2010 -- it was so inspiring to see all her wonderful scrappy and well thought through quilts - enjoy the show!

March 2010 Meeting Share

Our March meeting was a good - especially since it was a few short days after the GSQA Seminar in Baton Rouge - everyone had lots to show and share!

Here is Donelle's collection of blocks sewed by the participating Stitchin Sistas - she requested a 9-patch of neutral tones -- what a great collection of blocks - we can't wait to see what Donelle puts together with all these blocks!

Colleen shared this wonderful hearts quilt that included some adorable embroidery!

And Colleen wasn't done there - she also shared with wonderful star quilt she whipped up or is it a shadow box quilt? Do you see them both! I do!

Colleen shared the landscape quilt she worked on at seminar! Isn't it wonderful! See her inspiration photo at the bottom of the photo. Just awesome!

Janet shared with us some of her blocks she whiped up at seminar - this is a great colorful set!

Janet show this fantastic quilt --- love the simplicity of it.

This is the big cahuna quilt - king sized of course. The photo doesn't do the colors in this quilt justice, it is just gorgeous - mouths were dropping when Janet pulled this quilt out!

Dawn has been busy with her awesome 6-needle embroidery machine -- stitching up some wonderful towel creations with butterflies! So adorable!

And an assortment of things any girl would love to have to make life a little more comfortable.

Rick showed his blocks created at Seminar in Judy Laquidara's class - A Rose is a Rose.
